Michel Roux Pastry

Michel Roux's latest book, Pastry: Savory and Sweet is now available at Books to Cooks. Much like Michel's previous book, Eggs, this widely anticipated volume on pastry covers a wide range of pastry recipes from traditional French pate sucree to phyllo based delicacies. Instructions are clear and illustrations are mouthwatering.
